your site is useful and interesting including the mine just found in the Thames.It gives us some idea of how skilful and courageous these men have to be.
However it is often not possible to find out what has happened .Like when bomb disposal came to Upminster earlier this year.Shells ,might be,were found near the foundations of a Chapel under repair.I contacted ,for our local records,the unit involved ,no reply.Than you for your help. Alan
